Is After School drop-in?

Because space is limited, children are enrolled in our After School Program for the academic year. 

What is the policy for leaving the After School Program?

We ask for 2 weeks advance notice if your child will be discontinuing After School. This allows us to update our facilitators on the roster change as well as communicate with the Berkeley Unified Transportation Department regarding the bus list.

Are there make-up days or refunds for missed days of After School?

As space is limited, your tuition reserves your child's slot in the Program and helps support the salaries of our artist facilitators. We are unable to offer make-up days or refunds.
